A MEN'S RETREAT FOR HIGH ACHIEVERS

Expectations

  • We believe that “selfish” focus toward improving yourself allows you to be the best leader, partner, parent and/or community member you can be.

  • We believe that functional enlightenment (matching state to task) is a worthy goal.

  • We believe that pulling the best from multiple practices to create a custom playbook is more achievable, safer, more powerful, and way more fun than following a single religion or guru.

  • We believe that going into uncharted/uncomfortable territory will happen naturally as your experience goes deeper, but shouldn't be the main focus of your retreat or self-discovery… no long conversations on “shadow work” here.

  • We believe that breath is life, and using it intentionally can cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner peace.

  • We believe in experiential growth, not just theory. Come motivated to do the work.

Your Guides

Meet the team leading your journey.

Josh

Founder of Mind Body Soul Fitness, Josh has been assisting people in elevating their health and wellness practices for over 20 years. An outdoor adventurer and amateur mountain climber deeply connected to nature's transformative powers, he is inspired by creating daily regimens that lead to big, epic accomplishments.

Josh shares time between his brick-and-mortar locations in San Antonio and the mountain retreat center in the Sangre de Cristos, where he focuses on nature immersion and using breath protocols to increase well-being.

Ben

A lifelong mystic and seeker of truth residing in Crestone, CO, Ben is a father of 4 children and proponent of simple natural living and rhythm. He is a martial artist, former semi-pro Muay Thai fighter, current firefighter, arborist, and forester, and was adopted (hunka’d) into the Apache and Lakota ceremonial lineages.

Apprenticing to several chiefs of the Lakota lineage, he was given traditional altars for ceremony. Ben has participated as an eagle dancer in the profound Sundance ceremony for over ten years. He is an earthkeeper and protector of the ceremonial way of life.

Jarrett

Jarrett has been a seeker his whole life. When it comes to self-improvement ideas and methodology, he has been a true dabbler while remaining single-minded in his overall commitment to deepening his connection to all that is. He hesitates to admit to any life-changing epiphanies, but when he looks around at his lived experience in the world, it’s tough for him to find anything significant to complain about, and maybe that’s a simple kind of success.

Over the last 15 years of his professional career, he has built and led teams all over the world.  He loves raw nature but equally enjoys an evening that includes a big steak and a killer bottle of red wine.
